A 57 years old man with abdominal pain since 2 months and a past history of recurrent abdominal pain that eventually led to recurrent vomiting 5 years back for which he was operated with a gastrojejunostomy in PCMS, Bhopal. His abdominal symptoms were absent for the last 5 years since operation and has recurred since the last 2 months.
He also complains of restless-legs at night along with stiffness and pain since the last few years.
As per the patient :
mariz aaj se 18 saal pahle tak theek tha. pehli samasyaa pat mein sujan or gas ki hui thi.
